Luke Lynch has experience working on and with Capitol Hill in a variety of issue areas, including intellectual property, technology, artificial intelligence, competition, and trade. Now in the private sector, he represents clients ranging from small non-profit organizations to large international corporations and associations.
While playing a pivotal role in developing strategic policies and advocating for clients on Capitol Hill and before the Administration, Mr. Lynch also spearheads the execution of the ACG “Content & Technology” policy report, a highly regarded weekly newsletter that offers an insightful review of developments in the technology policy space in Washington DC, Silicon Valley, and across the globe. Mr. Lynch is also responsible for the publication of regular artificial intelligence (AI) reports which outline the most recent significant advancements in the AI field, both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Lynch concurrently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the Coalition for Patent and Trademark Information Dissemination—a coalition of information services and workflow solution providers that offer value-added patent and trademark information services.
From Glencoe, Illinois, Mr. Lynch is a graduate of Villanova University who brings a diverse range of experience, a keen eye for policy analysis, and a passion for innovation to his role.
