ACG Advocacy, LLC adds Leo Fitzsimon as a Strategic Partner

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – ACG Advocacy, LLC is pleased to announce that Leo Fitzsimon has joined the ACG team as a Strategic Partner. Leo joins ACG after over two decades of experience representing the policy and business interests of companies in Washington, DC in both in-house positions and in several D.C.-based law firms. He is an accomplished government relations professional with extensive knowledge of U.S. and international policymaking processes and deep experience in information technology policy, transportation, regulation, business, and law.

His extensive experience and expertise in legislative and regulatory affairs will be another great add to serve our clients as we navigate the complex political and policy landscape in Washington D.C.”

Prior to joining ACG, Mr. Fitzsimon led Americas External Affairs for HERE Technologies, a location data technology platform serving the automotive, transportation & logistics, and technology sectors. He represented HERE’s interests before the Administration, Congress, federal and state agencies on issues including privacy and cybersecurity policy, artificial intelligence, advanced mobility, including AVs, EVs and drones, export controls, geopolitics and trade. Mr. Fitzsimon worked closely with senior management to develop advocacy strategies to leverage business opportunities presented by legislative and regulatory developments.

Mr. Fitzsimon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, and his J.D. from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
