ACG partners Chris Israel, Marla Grossman, Manus Cooney and Dana Colarulli penned an op-ed in IPWatchdog this week reflecting on the changes in the intellectual property space in 2020 as well as making some predictions for what lays ahead in 2021. Among their many observations, the partners commended U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Director Andrei Iancu for successfully advancing strong IP protections for U.S. inventors and companies during a year in which his entire workforce went remote.
