ACG Advocacy Names Christopher Minakowski Partner to Expand Federal Defense, Technology, and Trade Policy Practice

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) — ACG Advocacy announced today that Christopher (Chris) Minakowski has joined the firm as a Partner, further strengthening ACG Advocacy’s defense, technology, and trade policy practices.

Christopher L. Minakowski Minakowski brings over two decades of government affairs and public policy experience and delivering impressive results for clients navigating congressional appropriations, authorizations, and federal agency engagement. He most recently served as Vice President, Government Affairs at J.A. Green & Company, where he represented clients before Congress on defense issues, including annual spending, the National Defense Authorization Act, and executive rulemakings.[/caption]

Minakowski has a strong track record of legislative successes, delivering appropriations and policy changes for clients on a range of issues from supporting the defense industrial base to autonomous vehicles and AI. His work has included coordinating high-impact engagement efforts with congressional offices, committee staff, and senior Administration officials.

Earlier in his career, Minakowski served as Legislative Director in the U.S. House of Representatives and founded his own firm. He earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and a B.A. in English and History from Penn State University.
