Cameron Seward is a Senior Advisor at ACG Advocacy, bringing over twelve years of diverse experience in trade, intergovernmental affairs, and conservative advocacy. With strong connections to the Trump Administration, Cameron is well-positioned to navigate complex trade and policy challenges in the years ahead.

Cameron’s career began at the Heritage Foundation, where he served as Chief of Staff before moving to the United States Trade Representative’s Office (USTR) during the Trump Administration. As Director in the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement, Cameron played a pivotal role in engaging with trade groups and industry stakeholders on key priorities, including the Section 301 investigation into China’s forced technology transfer policies. He also led intergovernmental initiatives and worked closely with federal agencies and trade advisory committees during negotiations on the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement and the United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement.

Following his tenure at USTR, Cameron served as General Counsel and Director of Operations at the Conservative Partnership Institute (CPI), where he supported the legal and operational needs of the organization during a period of rapid growth. He also helped launch several center-right charitable organizations and maintained strong ties with public policy leaders.

Before joining ACG Advocacy, Cameron was Counsel at Compass Legal Group, advising non-profit institutions on a range of legal matters. He is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School, Xavier University (B.S., 2008), and the University of Illinois Chicago Law School (J.D., 2011).
