Jacqueline Juffer joined ACG Advocacy in May 2018 and currently serves ACG as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the team, she was the scheduler for Senator Mike Rounds (R-SD) for two years. There she handled all official and personal logistics, as well as the staff integration to the responsibilities of the Senator’s office and duties. Prior to her role for Senator Rounds in DC, Ms. Juffer worked in the Lincoln, Nebraska office of Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE) shortly after his election.

Ms. Juffer was born and raised in Wagner, South Dakota; a one-stoplight town on a Native American reservation. She went on to graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she earned her degree in Economics and a certificate in public policy analysis. As a Cornhusker, she was a member of Nebraska’s Big Ten Conference swim team. There she was one of Nebraska’s top performers in the backstroke events, leaving her among the best to ever compete for Nebraska in her events. She was a three-time academic All-Big Ten selection and claimed four spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. She was also a three-time member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team and captured a prestigious Nebraska Student-Athlete HERO Leadership Award. In addition to being Vice President of the Nebraska Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, she was also Nebraska’s Student-Athlete Representative to the Big Ten Conference during the Power 5 conferences autonomy advancement and inclusion to give Student-Athletes a voice and a voting role.

She has made Washington, DC her new home and is an active board member of So Others Might Eat (SOME) Young Professional Network and Vice President of the South Dakota State Society (SDSS). Some of her efforts with SOME include serving as a Host of their yearly Spring Soiree, for the past three years, which sets out to raise $350,000 outside of traditional fundraising methods to help break the cycle of poverty and homelessness in Washington, DC. As Vice President of SDSS, she focuses on fostering connections and community among South Dakotans in DC, organizing and hosting events for members, acting as a resource for South Dakotans visiting DC, and raising money for organizations back in South Dakota.

She will earn her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in May 2026.
