Jamie Panarites is Director of Policy at ACG Advocacy, where she has worked since December 2023. Jamie represents a broad portfolio of clients spanning education, defense, appropriations, healthcare, agriculture, and technology policy issues, supporting them in navigating complex legislative and regulatory processes. In her current role as Director of Policy, she also co-leads the firm’s research team, overseeing and mentoring junior staff and supporting business development efforts. 
Furthermore, Jamie serves as an Associate for the Committee for Education Funding (CEF), the oldest and largest coalition of education associations in existence.
 
Jamie’s professional background spans the private, non-profit, and government sectors. Prior to joining ACG Advocacy, Jamie worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Spencer Stuart, one of the world’s leading global executive search and leadership consulting firms, where she compiled qualitative and quantitative market data to identify and develop qualified candidates for executive roles in healthcare fields. Prior to her experience at Spencer Stuart, she interned at Montgomery County Government’s County Council, Fair Fight Action, and the ACLU of Georgia.
 
Jamie graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in political science, a minor in Spanish, and a master’s degree in public administration (MPA).
