Meagan Kitsinian

Meagan Kitsinian is an Associate at ACG Advocacy, where she works on a broad policy portfolio spanning trade, tax, intellectual property, appropriations, and higher education. She authors the firm’s weekly Tax & Trade Report and supports clients in navigating complex legislative and regulatory processes.

Meagan began her career with the Borgen Project, where she built awareness of global poverty issues, led a fundraising campaign, and engaged with government leaders to support poverty-reduction programs. She later interned in the North Carolina General Assembly, gaining first-hand experience with local politics and the daily operations of a legislative office. A former ACG intern, Meagan returned to the firm after graduating with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science and Global Studies, along with a minor in French.

Meagan Kitsinian has experience working in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She interned in the North Carolina General Assembly, gaining knowledge of local-level politics and the daily operations of an office. She was an intern at ACG during the summer of 2022, and is very excited to be returning.

Ms. Kitsinian graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with highest honors, majoring in Political Science and Global Studies and minoring in French. She is from Charlotte, North Carolina, where she exercised her passion for education as a volunteer within her community to improve children’s literacy.
